ANATOMY OF TORMENT

A vertigo swallows my feet

my knees shake in terror

my teeth I grind and grit

for I feel the horror

Hunger devours my belly

my heart in pain shatters

my body shakes like jelly

my skin feels in tatters

Sharp pain awaken my senses

fiery tears flood my eyes

my mouth tastes the bitterness

my ears hear desperate cries

For with my tongue I yell

"No escape, no escape"

"Forever doomed in hell"
